Who It’s For

Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities are focused on assisting and caring for those who have had a recent surgery, illness or accident that has left them in a weekend state or in need of additional care after hospitalization. For those who are in need of continuous skilled care that cannot be provided in the home or an assisted living community, the decision may be made that in the interest of their best care, they need to live in a long-term care facility where their needs can be met. Many times, these facilities will focus on particular health specialty programs. When choosing a skilled nursing or rehab facility, these factors need to be fully considered for your best outcome.
